The complex 45 Queen Street redevelopment project transformed the existing building into an attractive, world class space, offering quality retail and commercial tenancies in the heart of Auckland CBD.

The project involved staged completion and handover of several high end retail tenancies and also a complete lobby refurbishment whilst maintaining access for the occupants of the working 16 storey tower above. Diminishing the effects of noise and vibration on existing tenants, neighbours and the public were key aspects of this project.
