St Joseph’s Rest Home

The Little Sisters of the Poor required a new rest home complex including high and low dependency wards, retirement apartments and a new chapel.

Due to the residents needing to remain in care, our client had to continue their services during construction, therefore this project had to be completed in stages.

Stage One involved isolating the building that remained occupied whilst demolishing the other existing buildings so that the intensive high and low dependency wards and new chapel could be built.

Stage Two commenced with relocating the client into the new complex before demolishing the existing building and constructing the self-contained residential apartments for elderly residents.
