Matt joined Argon in 2002 on a part-time basis while studying engineering at the University of Auckland. After graduating with first class honours, he took on a full-time engineering role at Argon.

Matt has worked on the site engineering and design management of many of Argon’s major projects.

He was appointed General Manager in 2017, and continues to manage the overall planning, engineering, and construction of Argon’s major projects.
