Elmwood Retirement Village

The Elmwood Retirement Village project involved the staged construction of independent semi-detached villas and two storey apartments within the existing complex.

The design brief was to create a modern suburban feel within an established village.

The position of the two sites, which were located within close proximity to existing buildings we needed precise construction methodologies both for access and to minimise the impact of the build on existing residents
