Turner Waverley

The Turner Waverly project consists of 178 apartments across two multi-level towers, with a connected by basement car parking and a central courtyard.

The structure consists of insitu columns, precast beams and stairs, pre-stressed rib flooring with precast panels in the basement. The towers are clad with a craned in ventilated cavity system using fibre cement sheeting as the external rain screen.
