Located on Auckland’s North Shore, the Lady Allum project involved the construction of a new 44 unit apartment block constructed on a very tight site within Oceania Group’s existing retirement facility. Traffic management and comprehensive site management planning was critical in ensuring disruption to existing residents was minimised.
