This basement plus two-level apartment building was a design-build project for The Be Group. It is an extension to the existing Rawhiti Estate retirement facility, and includes four high quality independent living apartments and associated underground services.
Argon completed the existing Rawhiti Estate facilities in 2018, also as a design-build project.
