The UOA B312 project involved the seismic upgrade of the original B312 building and the completion of enabling works to allow for future University Of Auckland development.
The project also included substantial demolition works to the southern end of B312, as well as the rerouting of numerous civil and building services
In addition to this work, the Shadows Bar was relocated to the B311 building and received a fit-out, along with some cafe outlets in the food court on the floor above.
