University of Auckland Building 423 was constructed in the 1980s, with a unique roof design made up of complex geometries to represent the different spaces within the building. This project will address weathertightness issues that have impacted building operations in recent years.
Works include the replacement of the existing roof, gutters, skylights and clerestories, as well as remedial and renovation works to the exterior cladding.
