The Howick Library and Fencible Lounge building is undergoing a major renewal project to ensure it can be enjoyed by the community for many years to come.
Argon is carrying out weathertightness remediation works, including replacing the exterior cladding and membrane roofing. The project also includes interior and exterior refurbishments and upgrades to the air conditioning and ducting.
