Argon is building a new, fit-for-purpose Oncology Outpatient Clinic at the Greenlane Clinical Centre. Through the ECI phase, we have advised on programme, methodologies and staging as well as value management options, risk mitigation, quality assurance, logistics and budget.
Physical works include the demolition of an existing, outdated space within the Clinical Centre, and construction of the new, high-quality facility. This includes extensive upgrades to existing services.
