Argon is carrying out regeneration works at Metlifecare’s Seven Saint Vincent retirement facility in Remuera, Auckland.
The project includes partial demolition of an existing building and refurbishment of the remaining section, as well as construction of a new five-storey building with additional infrastructure for electrical and communication services. As part of the project, the existing administration and common areas are also being relocated.
All work is being carried out within the operational village, requiring careful planning and construction management to minimise disruption to residents.
